The OpportunityAs a GIS DevSecOps Engineer, Senior Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role, you will utilize Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data. Your work will involve fields such as urban planning, environmental management, natural resource exploration, and transportation. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Esri software solutions for geographic data management
- Utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) applications to enhance urban planning and environmental management projects
- Managing and visualizing geographic data using ArcGIS to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through tailored business application consulting
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Esri software into client operations
- Developing and maintaining GIS architecture to support natural resource exploration and transportation projects
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their evolving needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PHD degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture and Conversion
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving within complex environments
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic settings
- Building meaningful client connections and managing client relationships effectively
- Navigating ambiguity and developing personal growth through self-awareness

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
