Are you energized by a procurement role where you can drive efficiency and shape procurement objectives across the site? If so, this General Procurement Specialist role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
Reporting to the OPEX Controller, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the procurement process for goods and services for Haleon France (P2P process), guaranteeing the reliability of the P2P flow, compliance with Group procedures, and the quality of support provided to employees. The role also contributes to securing the Penalties process by providing support for the management of Mass Market penalties.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incident resolution, including diagnosis, ticket creation and follow-up, and act as the subject matter expert for the relevant teams until solutions are implemented.
- Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for OPEX-related expenditures.
- Train teams on PO creation and drive continuous improvement of the P2P process.
- Provide support for the management of Mass Market penalties in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups aimed at continuously improving the P2P process, particularly in the forecasting of invoices to be paid, supporting Working Capital requirements estimation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent (Bac +2) in Management, Business Administration, or Procurement.
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable within an international group and/or a matrix organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent English.

EUR 36,486.00 - EUR 50,168.80 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
