HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager for Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos M Gallery by Accor to oversee the overall operation and performance of the property.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with solid experience in the hospitality industry, excellent commercial awareness, and a proven ability to lead teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure smooth and efficient coordination of all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel management team and staff.
• Drive the achievement of financial, operational, and commercial objectives.
• Monitor and optimize operational costs and profitability.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the hotel's business and commercial strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management, with significant experience in luxury hotels
• Strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
