• Supports Cost Management Leads with budget-related activities from building budgets to managing budgets
• Works with with CTM, CDSL, Procurement, Finance, functional groups and other Business Operations staff departmental tasks to support budget-related activities
• Supports departmental metrics data gathering and analyses for budget development, variance reporting, tool development, budget dashboards and metrics reporting
• Supports financial budget modeling for Cost Management scope of work
• Follows established Regeneron processes in relation to Business Operations Cost Management responsibilities
• Assists with the development of procedures and tools for Cost Management functions
• Compiles and maintains regular data and reports of Cost Management activites and processes
• Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve issues
• Escalates non-standard problems or issues as required.  May also be involved in defining or enhancing escalation pathways
• Participates in process improvement initiatives for Cost Management group as appropriate
• Supports Business Operations with various department deliverables
