Role Summary

Lead Global Business Services delivery across Credit and Treasury, Collections and Dispute Management, Gross-to-Net and Cash Application. Accountable for operational performance, service delivery, working-capital outcomes, financial controls, stakeholder experience and organizational effectiveness.

How You Will Achieve It

• You will lead global operations across Credit and Treasury, Collections and Dispute Management, Gross-to-Net and Cash Application, ensuring service reliability and performance delivery.
• You will drive collection effectiveness, dispute resolution, cash-application accuracy and Gross-to-Net performance to support enterprise cash-flow objectives.
• You will establish performance expectations and monitor key performance indicators, driving accountability for quality, productivity, customer service and compliance.
• You will maintain adherence to financial controls, SOX requirements, policies and regulatory obligations, resolving audit findings, compliance risks and control gaps.
• You will set operational direction, work allocation and organizational alignment while partnering with the Global Process Lead on transformation, integration and process improvements.
• You will build leadership capability through performance management, talent planning, succession and colleague development.
• You will build and sustain a strong, inclusive and connected GBS culture that creates a shared sense of purpose across teams, locations and capabilities. You will champion transparent communication, collaboration, recognition, development and colleague voice, using engagement insights and feedback to strengthen the colleague experience, organizational effectiveness and sustained business performance. 

Decision Rights and Role Boundaries

The role sets direction and makes decisions within its defined operational or process scope. It recommends or co-decides material remediation, approved exceptions, operating-model changes, transformation priorities and investment needs with the appropriate leaders. It does not own enterprise policy, formal audit or tax opinions, final investment approval, business decisions outside its scope, or enterprise technology architecture.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or a professional accounting designation.
• Successful candidates typically have 12 or more years of progressive working-capital, finance-operations or Global Business Services experience, including substantial leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership across Credit and Treasury, Collections, Gross-to-Net and/or Cash Application operations in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of cash conversion, liquidity, deductions, collections effectiveness, operational controls and service-performance management.
• Experience delivering transformation, integration, productivity, budget and business-case outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced finance, business or operations qualification.
• CPA, CA, CMA, CTP, Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification.
• End-to-end experience across the four working-capital capability areas.
• Demonstrated succession planning and leadership-capacity development.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $193,400.00 to $322,400.00.
