What would you do? • MDM F&A Sales Practitioner CL 6 role • Lead e2e MDM solutioning across major F&A BPO pursuits including Vendor Master, Customer Master, Material Master, Price Master, Site Master, CoA, Cost Centre, and Intercompany master data domains • Design and own the MDM operating model: location strategy, FTE sizing, RACI, transition approach, and governance framework • Develop the MDM solution narrative for RFP orals coachi • orals, and executive client workshops, ensuring commercial precision and competitive differentiation • Translate complex client data ecosystems (ERP landscapes, data quality maturity, control environments) into credible, right-sized MDM delivery models • establish leading practices for data governance, data quality, SOD controls, and regulatory compliance across client environments • Ensure MDM designs are scalabl • Define and own the MDM transformation roadmap, aligned to enterprise business priorities, digital agenda, and measurable value realization goals • Transformation & Digital Acumen Required : Demonstrated ability to define transformation vision, translate it into executable roadmaps, and manage benefit realization • Familiarity with and hands-on experience applying GenAI and Agentic AI concepts within F&A and M
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Master Data Management (MDM) - P4 • Secondary skill - Sales Enablement - P3 • Core Domain Expertise (Required) • Proven track record in large-scale MDM transformation within SSC, GCC, or BPO environments • Strong command of MDM data governance frameworks, data quality controls, SOD design, and regulatory compliance OFAC, GDPR, tax, e-invoicing • Working knowledge of process mining and operational intelligence tools (e.g. Celonis) to surface MDM control gaps and throughput opportunities • • •
