Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. The role requires managing multiple tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and making critical decisions that impact both immediate and extended teams. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, fostering an environment where innovative solutions are developed and implemented efficiently. The engineer balances technical challenges with team dynamics, ensuring that project goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and communication across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Experience with data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and ETL processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
