Working Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will work from home 2 days per week and in the office location 3 days per week. 

Quarterly Incentive Program

This position is eligible to participate in our quarterly incentive program. Associates in this role may receive bonus payments each quarter in which the Protection division achieves its financial targets. Bonus amounts and eligibility are determined at the company's discretion based on overall business and individual performance.

What you'll do  

• Work within a variety of software systems to manage tickets ensuring an excellent experience to clients.
• Manage document flow through digital and physical resource processes
• Follow processes and procedures to set up accounts.
• Basic data entry inputting data and customer orders as needed into multiple programs from client sign up forms.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries
• Provide customer feedback to management through regular team meetings to ensure management keeps a pulse on customer needs and attitudes for decision-making purposes
• Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, and proactive and timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all requests   
• Provide and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all searches and client guidelines   
• Input thorough and accurate notes   
• Tracking, routing, and redirecting information to the correct resources   
• Understanding employment and volunteer background screening compliance   
• Perform all tasks within the regulations and compliance standards of our accreditation  

Who you are  

• 6+ months of related experience in verifications, criminal research, customer support, or a customer-facing role  
• A two-year degree from a college or technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred   
• Intermediate level of skill in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook   
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications   
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills    
• You have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team  
• Ability to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
