We are looking for a skilled and innovative Frontend Web Developer with 3–4 years of experience in building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development fundamentals, an interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve development workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements and design concepts into functional, scalable web interfaces.

The candidate will collaborate with designers, backend developers, product managers, and other engineering team members to deliver seamless digital experiences. Experience with AI-powered development tools, intelligent automation, and AI-integrated web applications will be an advantage. Candidates with an interest in technical leadership and engineering management will also be valued.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices.
• UI Implementation: Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into interactive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces.
• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-powered features in web applications, including integrations with AI APIs, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI coding assistants and productivity tools to improve code quality, accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and streamline testing.
• Performance Optimization: Improve website speed, responsiveness, scalability, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.
• Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code while following established coding standards.
• API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and other services into frontend applications.
• Testing and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, conduct functional testing, and ensure reliable application performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, AI development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their practical applications in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants and AI-based development workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON data.
• Knowledge of Git, version control, debugging, and browser developer tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of Engineering Manager responsibilities, including technical planning, code reviews, mentoring, and team coordination.
• Exposure to technical leadership, project ownership, or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience integrating large language model (LLM) APIs, chatbots, or generative AI features into web applications.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, state management libraries, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and frontend security practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in frontend or web application development.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio of web applications or projects demonstrating frontend expertise is an advantage.
