Overview
Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a hard-working Front Desk Office Attendant to join our team. In this position, you will perform routine administrative work, answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer service, daily operation of Fusion’s Café-Bar, Lounge Bar, Warming Kitchen, Breakrooms, and Refreshment Stations. You will also help to maintain a hygienic and hospitable working environment by keeping the office clean and tidy. You will need to be hard working, team oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

• Greet and welcome visitors
• Create and format candidate resumes
• Complete new assignment start and extension resume updates
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Check general voicemail and fax inbox then forward accordingly
• Postage meter
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages (email recipients)
• Process incoming sales leads (Excel & Google)
• Prep and print shipping labels for outgoing packages as needed
• Keep breakroom and FuseBox supplies stocked
• Routinely load / unload dishwashers
• Routinely run cleaning cycle for coffee machines
• Routinely return cups and glasses to Cafe' / FuseBox
• Stock printer paper and office supplies
• Routinely monitor fullness of shred bins
• Report any building or service issues to the Facilities Manager
• Replace printer toner as needed
• Weekly refrigerator clean outs
• Projects as needed

Work Environment

Work environment defined:

Local - position has in-office requirements Monday through Friday and would require employee to live in the local area.

Physical Demands

• Employee is regularly required to talk and hear
• Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a phone, headset, calculator, copier, and printer
• The person in this position may need to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, computer equipment, copier, etc.
• Lifting up to 50lbs.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-year of equivalent work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Strong Microsoft word and outlook skills
• Staffing industry experience
• Proven experience as Reception/Front Desk representative

Compensation:

$20-22.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
