What We’re Looking For:

A warm, attentive, and service-driven Front Desk Coordinator who delivers exceptional, personalized experiences to every guest seeking rejuvenation, relaxation, or recreation. As the welcoming face of our spa and fitness environment, you will be the guiding voice that ensures seamless service, thoughtful recommendations, and a sense of well-being that begins the moment a guest arrives. You’ll support the Spa & Wellness Manager in maintaining the daily flow of the spa and health club, expertly managing reservations, coordinating with therapists and attendants, and providing the kind of elevated, anticipatory hospitality that transforms a visit into a memorable wellness journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and engage guests with polished, genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable spa and wellness experience.
• Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, packages, promotions, and wellness offerings to guide guest selections.
• Assist guests with health club access, locker room amenities, relaxation lounges, and facility navigation.
• Maintain a calm, serene environment by ensuring that all guest areas reflect Loews’ elevated wellness standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations or enhancements to personalize their visit.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage all spa and wellness reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and effective coordination with therapists and attendants.
• Confirm appointments, communicate preparation details, and follow up on special requests or preferences.
• Maintain booking system accuracy, update guest profiles, and note service history or preferences.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office) to support facilities, amenities, and guest requests.
• Facilitate daily briefing with spa teams to review schedule flow, VIP guests, and special needs.
• Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with inventory management for retail, beverages, linens, and spa supplies.
• Maintain retail displays, provide product knowledge, and assist guests with retail purchases and wellness recommendations.
• Uphold compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards across all spa and health club areas.
• Assist with locker assignments, robe and slipper distribution, and relaxation lounge readiness.
• Promote spa treatments, memberships, upgrades, and retail products to support revenue goals.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of wellness trends, products, and amenities to guide guest decisions.
• Process all transactions accurately, including retail checkout, package redemptions, and gratuity allocation.
• Support promotional launches, seasonal offerings, and loyalty program initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

• Preserve the reputation and integrity of spa and wellness operations by adhering to legal policies and safety guidelines.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma required; degree or certification in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience required; prior spa, fitness, or luxury service experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with spa booking systems, POS platforms, or guest management software preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an elevated guest experience.
• Knowledge of wellness, fitness, and spa services a strong plus.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
