Campus Health Atlanta is seeking an outgoing student to help at the front desk in the clinic. Located in the Sheffield building, room 206. The responsibilities include the following:

-Greet patients upon entrance to the clinic

-Answer incoming calls

-Schedule appointments

-Verify insurance before the appointment visit or at the time of appointment

-Call patients as needed for follow-up, no-show appointments, etc.

-Check patients in for the appointment and out after the appointment

-Ensure all required patient demographic, contact, pharmacy, insurance, and other information is up-to-date in the chart upon patient arrival to the clinic

-Scan documents into charts

-Other duties as needed by supervisor

Candidates must have:

-Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette

-Must be well-spoken

-Ability to maintain calm under pressure

-Commitment to attendance and reliability

-Commitment to timely communication with supervisor for any needed schedule changes

-Adherence to HIPAA requirements for the privacy of patient information

-Pay rate $10 per hour
