Purpose of the role:
Interbrand is looking for Spanish-speaking Freelance Senior Designer to collaborate as external strategic partners, supporting projects across both the LATAM market and Spain when required.
Freelance Senior Designer – Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Interbrand on a project basis, working independently or alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop and shape the initial creative concept and overall creative direction.
Provide senior creative expertise to support internal teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality creative outputs that align with project objectives, timelines, and client expectations.
Develop original concepts and creative solutions tailored to each client brief, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand experiences.
Analyse project briefs to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and propose bespoke creative approaches that add value to the engagement.
Support the creative development process through research, trend analysis, and insight gathering, ensuring solutions are strategically grounded.
Create and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and iconic brand assets in collaboration with the wider project team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client needs.
Deliver project files and documentation in accordance with agreed standards, supporting the handover of final assets and project materials when required.
Provide flexible, senior-level creative support across projects in Spain, LATAM, and international markets as needed.
Required Knowledge:
- Relevant design/creative qualification
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- At least 6 years of experience in similar business
- Other knowledge: (proficient level)
- About relevant design software (2D,3D, digital, Motion)
- Across production, print and digital media
- Awareness of emerging trend in design
- About interbrand product offer and processes
