We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Finance at Kraft Heinz!

Build a strong understanding of how financial planning, reporting and analysis support business decisions at Kraft Heinz. As part of the FP&A team, you will help transform financial data into actionable insights that support the performance of some of the world's most iconic food brands.

The position 

You will support the FP&A and Business Control team within the Benelux business and contribute to financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support activities.

Working closely with Finance colleagues as well as Sales, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain teams, you will help ensure that business performance is accurately tracked and translated into clear insights. The role offers broad exposure to core finance processes, from month-end reporting and forecasting cycles to budget management and performance analysis.

As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your analytical and business partnering skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international organization. You will receive support from experienced colleagues while being encouraged to take ownership of projects and deliverables.

What you’ll do

• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting routines, including performance tracking and business reviews
• Assist with month-end closing activities and help ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and annual operating planning processes
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations
• Analyze business performance, identify key variances, trends and risks, and support the development of recommendations
• Monitor volume, sales and profitability performance against forecasts, budgets and prior-year results
• Support marketing and commercial spend tracking, budget management and financial controls
• Maintain and improve master data quality and support data validation activities
• Assist with purchase order and invoice management processes
• Support ad hoc analyses, process improvement initiatives and automation projects

Job requirements 

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment at a European university (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business) for at least 50% of the internship period 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel 
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is a plus. 
• Strong written and verbal English skills, Dutch is an advantage

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total 

What we offer:

• Start date: Mid-January 2027
• Duration: 6 months

• Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 

• Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (occasional home working in alignment with the team)
