Sobre este puesto de Founding Brand & Communications Lead en Meshy LLC
About Meshy
Meshy is building the generative AI layer for 3D. Developers, creators, game studios, and enterprise teams use Meshy to turn ideas into production-ready 3D assets in minutes instead of weeks. We’re a Silicon Valley company with a global team, growing fast, and now at the point where the category we’re creating needs a name, a story, and a voice.
Why This Role Exists
Today, Meshy is known as a very good AI 3D tool. That’s not enough. The next phase requires Meshy to be understood as a company with a defined category position, a long-term vision, and real cultural weight in AI and creative software.
You’ll be the person who answers these questions and then makes the whole company answer them the same way:
What does Meshy stand for in AI, 3D, and creative tools?
Why should developers, creators, game companies, and enterprise buyers care about Meshy now?
What is the single story that connects our product, our founders, our customers, the press, and our industry partners?
This is a founding brand role. You will write, not just direct.
What You’ll Own
Company positioning, brand architecture, core messaging, and the long-term narrative.
Translating hard technical capability in AI and 3D into stories that are clear, credible, and memorable.
One consistent voice across the website, product launches, funding announcements, founder talks, employer brand, customer stories, and sales collateral.
Executive narrative with the founders and leadership team: keynotes, interviews, points of view, and industry agenda-setting.
Major product launches and brand campaigns, from creative concept through to shipped content.
A reusable messaging framework that Growth, Sales, BD, PR, and Product all actually use.
Proof of industry impact through customer, creator, studio, and partner stories.
What We’re Looking For
8–15 years in brand strategy, brand marketing, corporate narrative, product marketing, or editorial/content strategy.
You have led a repositioning, category creation, or brand rebuild at a technology company—as the owner of it, not a contributor to it.
A portfolio we can read: website narrative, brand manifesto, a major launch, a founder keynote, or an integrated campaign.
You can tell a technical story to developers, creators, enterprise buyers, press, and investors—and change the register for each.
Exceptional English writing and editing. You personally write the things that matter most.
Demonstrated cross-functional influence: you’ve gotten founders, Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales to adopt one narrative and stay on it.
Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor in an early-stage environment.
Bonus Points
Background in generative AI, creative tools, developer tools, gaming, 3D, design software, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
You’ve built a brand for a product whose category didn’t fully exist yet, rather than maintaining an established one.
You hold both technical credibility and cultural resonance—developers trust you, and the work still has emotional pull.
Experience taking a global or China-founded technology company into the U.S. market.
Founder brand, thought leadership, or executive communications experience.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If
Your work is primarily PR and media relations without positioning work behind it.
Your background is in content marketing, SEO, social media, or community management.
You’re a visual creative director who owns design systems and art direction.
You come from consumer or lifestyle brands and haven’t worked on technical products.
