Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Formation Operator. Responsible for the efficient running of Formation on 2nd shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. 

Job Location:

Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts. Pay is $20-$22.

What you will be doing:

• Performing chemical preparation materials used in the manufacturing process
• Working with a variety of automatic and semi auto machines and equipment, while following process specifications at all times; immerse into solution tanks for prescribed time and remove all at completion cycle
• Read meters and perform math calculations and adhere to specific instructions
• Makes minor but sensitive changeovers and set ups with required extreme accuracy
• Visually inspects parts for conformance to specifications and records data on lot traveler ticket Communicate process specifics/issues to Engineers/Technicians

What you will bring along:

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
• May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards
• Adheres to company quality and safety requirements
• Must wear required PPE
• Pay range $19-$21
