Scope

• Create and execute individual and group training programs and indoor and outdoor activities
• Fitness assessment and creation of individual client training program
• Providing health, nutrition and lifestyle advice, offering a holistic approach to fitness and wellness
• Ensuring the health and safety of customers
• Constant encouragement and guidance
• Ensuring the cleanliness, safety and proper functioning of all equipment and fitness areas, as well as the wider spa area
• Knowledge of the trends in the field of fitness and proposing ways to improve the services provided
• Welcoming and guiding customers, explaining and advising on the spa's menu of treatments and care products
• Promote products and services and perform spa reception duties
• Knowledge of all spa services and products, and promoting them within the hotel facilities in order to provide a holistic experience for the customers.

Requirements

• Must be a TEFAA graduate
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a physical trainer
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Methodology, attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Neat appearance, cleanliness
• Courtesy, professionalism, pleasant and friendly personality

The following will be considered a plus

• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Swimming pool lifeguard certificate
• Experience with children and organizing activities
• Knowledge of a second foreign language
• Previous experience in a 5* hotel environment
