This role is to oversee Anti Bribery & Corruption Risk (ABC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) of the Company. This embraces many areas such as developing an effective control environment, reviewing internal and external events, developing and monitoring internal management information and escalations for early warning signals etc, and working with the business to minimize financial crimes risk.

Scope 1- ABC Governance (Quản trị ABC)

• Support line manager to maintain and update PVA ABC standards and guidelines in line with Group/PCA requirements and local regulations.
• Support line manager to maintain and enhance systems for ABC transactions (i.e. GHM system) to be in line with requirements and facilitate operations of business function

(- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận duy trì và cập nhật các tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn của PVA ABC phù hợp với các yêu cầu của Tập đoàn/ PCA và các quy định của địa phương.

- Hỗ trợ line manager duy trì và tăng cường hệ thống cho các giao dịch ABC (như hệ thống GHM) để phù hợp với yêu cầu và thuận tiện cho hoạt động của các phòng ban chức năng)

Scope 2– Training & Building Compliance culture (Huấn luyện và xây dựng văn hóa tuân thủ)

• Follow up to update the ABC training program of PVA including induction training, annual refresher and training for high risk staff, agents to ensure they are in line with Group/PCA standards

(Theo dõi để cập nhật chương trình đào tạo ABC của PVA bao gồm đào tạo cho nhân viên mới, chương trình tái huấn luyện hàng năm và đào tạo cho nhân viên có nguy cơ cao, Chương trình huấn luyện cho đại lý để đảm bảo phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của Tập đoàn/ PCA)

Scope 3 - Monitor/Review and Advisory (Giám sát/Xem xét và hướng dẫn):

• ABC Risk and control assessment
  • Support line manager for annual ABC risk assessments and implement the remediation plan
  • Support line manager to review and enhance controls to mitigate ABC Risks
• Provide guidance to business functions on G&H, CSR/Sponsorships and other ABC related transactions
• G&H Budget to GO monitoring and report. Perform Partner/vendor Due diligence and Risk assessment
• GHM transaction monitoring: periodically review GHM transactions and reconcile with Accounting books to ensure the compliance (pre-approval, declaration of G&H transactions)
• Review ABC due diligence exercises for vendors/partners
• Develop and operate a risk-based post transaction monitoring activities for ABC high risks areas

(- Đánh giá rủi ro ABC và biện pháp kiểm soát

o Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro ABC hàng năm và thực hiện kế hoạch khắc phục

o Hỗ trợ Tưởng Bộ phận xem xét và tăng cường các biện pháp kiểm soát để giảm thiểu rủi ro ABC

- Hướng dẫn cho các bộ phận chức năng các vấn đề liên quan G&H, CSR/ Tài trợ và các giao dịch khác liên quan đến ABC

- Giám sát ngân sách G&H cho GO và báo cáo. Thực hiện việc thẩm định đối tác/ nhà cung cấp và đánh giá rủi ro

- Giám sát giao dịch GHM: định kỳ xem xét các giao dịch GHM và đối chiếu với Sổ kế toán để đảm bảo việc tuân thủ (phê duyệt trước, khai báo đối với các giao dịch G&H)

- Thẩm định đánh giá rủi ro ABC đối với nhà cung cấp/ Đối tác.

- Xây dựng và thực hiện hoạt động giám sát giao dịch dựa trên rủi ro cho các khu vực rủi ro ABC cao)

Scope 4 – Data Analysis & Reporting (Phân tích số liệu & Báo cáo):

• to prepare analyze periodic MIS reports and any additional internal reports required for Compliance activity
• to prepare, maintain and update all current ABC reporting to Management team (including Audit Committee, Risk Committee, TLT, PCA compliance team)

(- Thực hiện phân tích số liệu định kỳ MIS và các báo cáo nội bộ khác theo yêu cầu hoạt động của Phòng Pháp chế)

- chuẩn bị, duy trì và cập nhật tất cả các báo cáo ABC hiện tại cho Ban Giám Đốc (bao gồm Ủy ban Kiểm toán, Ủy ban rủi ro, TLT, Bộ phận Pháp chế của PCA)

Scope 5 – Team support (Hỗ trợ đội nhóm):

• Support line manager in monitoring, developing the team as well as in other matters related to compliance and other project relevant to compliance functions as required.

(Hỗ trợ quản lý của mình trong việc giám sát, phát triển đội nhóm cũng như các công việc, dự án liên quan của Phòng Pháp chế cũng như Bộ phận theo yêu cầu)

Scope 6 - Conflict of Interest (Xung đột lợi ích)

• Support line manager to maintain and update PVA COI guidance in line with Group/PCA requirements
• Raise awareness through regular training and communications to PVA colleagues on COI
• Support line manager to prepare, maintain and update COI registers/reports of PVA in accordance with PCA’s requirements

(- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận duy trì và cập nhật hướng dẫn COI của PVA phù hợp với yêu cầu của Tập đoàn / PCA

- Nâng cao nhận thức thông qua đào tạo và truyền thông thường xuyên tới các đồng nghiệp của PVA về COI

- Hỗ trợ Trưởng bộ phận chuẩn bị, duy trì và cập nhật các báo cáo/đăng ký COI của PVA theo yêu cầu của PCA)

Scope 7 - Other Compliance topics - Business Code of Conduct (Các đề tài tuân thủ khác – Quy tắc Ứng Xử kinh doanh)

• Support line manager to maintain and update Business Code of Conduct in line with Group/PCA requirements
• Provide consultation on related matters of code of conduct to Business Functions

(-Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận duy trì và cập nhật Quy tắc ứng xử kinh doanh thông qua đào tạo và truyền thông thường xuyên tới các đồng nghiệp của PVA

- Hướng dẫn các vấn đề liên quan đến Quy tắc Ứng xử Kinh doanh cho các phòng/ban chức năng)

Qualification:

• Under-graduates in related areas (Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Audit)

Experiences:

Mandatory: At least 3-year experience in insurance or financial services industry

• Financial Crimes/Compliance experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge in the insurance/banking business

Knowledge and skill set:

• Very good expertise in Excel and if possible Access, SAS
• Good analytical and critical thinking:
• English proficiency in writing and presentation
