Bring Your Practice to a Firm Built Around Advisor Support and Retirement Plan Experience
At BCG Wealth Management, we help experienced advisors grow through practical support, collaboration, and deep retirement plan experience. Our New Jersey and Pennsylvania teams work with individuals, families, business owners, and employers across wealth management, financial planning, insurance, and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Many advisors build their practice one household at a time. That still matters. But retirement plan relationships can create a different kind of opportunity: access to employers, plan participants, business owners, and individuals who need help making decisions about their financial future.
Here, advisors can serve individual clients while also working in and around retirement plan relationships. For the right advisor, that can mean more planning conversations, deeper relationships, and a broader way to grow.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
Growing a practice takes initiative. It also takes people and resources you can count on. At BCG Wealth Management, we understand how individual wealth management, employer relationships, participant engagement, insurance planning, and retirement income needs can connect.
We provide support and retirement plan experience to help advisors build relationships across these markets while staying focused on thoughtful, client-centered advice. Through BCG Securities, Inc., our team draws on more than 50 years of experience supporting financial advisors and their clients.
Our advisors have access to:
- Retirement plan experience, resources, and support
- Wealth management, financial planning, investment, and insurance resources
- Internal support staff and a planning desk
- Practice-management support
- Collaboration with professionals across planning, investments, insurance, operations, and retirement plans
- Training and development resources
- A team-oriented culture focused on advisor support and long-term client relationships

Horace Mann was founded in 1945 by two Springfield, Illinois, teachers who saw a need for quality, affordable auto insurance for teachers. Since then, we’ve broadened our mission to helping all educators protect what they have today and prepare for a successful tomorrow. And with our broadened mission has come corporate growth: We serve more than 4,100 school districts nationwide, we’re publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: HMN) and we have more than $12 billion in assets.
We’re motivated by the fact that educators take care of our children’s future, and we believe they deserve someone to look after theirs. We help educators identify their financial goals and develop plans to achieve them. This includes insurance to protect what they have today and financial products to help them prepare for their future. Our tailored offerings include special rates and benefits for educators.
