Account payable_Senior Accountant _Korea

What this job involves:

·       T&E Report Review & Approval: Audit employee Time & Expense (T&E) reports to ensure strict adherence to APAC T&E policies and local financial regulations. Approve compliant reports or reject non-compliant submissions with clear, actionable instructions for correction.

·       Vendor Invoice Processing: Review and process vendor invoices.   Process vendor/Employee reimbursements payments on a scheduled basis.

Responsibilities:

1.       Audit employee Time & Expense report according to global policy in system. Resolve enquiries from employee.

2.       Review and process vendor invoices. 

3.       Make payment to employee or vendors through finance system and online bank system.

4.       Ensuring all T&E reports / vouchers comply with both internal and external policies

5.       Finish monthly closing process.

6.       Balance sheet reconciliation for some AP accounts.

7.       Support ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

1.       3 years above finance working experience, BPO P2P experience is a plus.

2.       Bachelor's Degree. Finance & Accounting education background is preferred.

3.       Near-native proficiency in Korean. Good English skill in reading and writing.

4.       Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, power BI).

5.       Team player and able to work independently
