About The Role
After a comprehensive training programme, as a Field Service Engineer you will play a vital role in providing the best care to our customers by ensuring that they can successfully produce without interruption. Working in collaboration with our Account Managers and our office-based technical support team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the range of Videojet Equipment and training and advising our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Training will be provided so that you are able to:
Install our Videojet products on our customers sites and train our customers.
Provide ongoing care of our products for our Videojet customers on their sites and support an ever-growing contract customer base.
Continuously grow excellent customer relationships.
Provide our customers with the best service by promoting and supporting our commercial contract portfolio.
Work closely with our Account Managers to give our customers the best solutions to meet their requirements (set up trials, support on projects, carry out site surveys).
Diagnose the customers problems before going to site through our cloud connected systems
Main Requirements:
Solid technical foundation in electronics and mechanics (software/systems understanding is a plus).
1–3 years of experience in a Field Service, OEM, or hands‑on technical service environment.
Strong customer orientation, able to handle challenging service situations professionally.
Willingness to travel extensively (mainly North Italy), with flexibility for overnight stays when required.
Proactive attitude and learning mindset — curious, adaptable, and comfortable with a dynamic field‑based role.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ranging from €29,100.00 to €48,100.00, paid in 14 monthly installments and consisting of a fixed and a variable component.
Applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tertiary Sector, Distribution and Services

Job Level: Level 3
Based on the elements that emerge during the selection process, and always on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, the specific salary to be offered to the candidate will be determined, taking into account their professional skills and acquired experience.

Responsabilità principali
La formazione sarà fornita per metterti in condizione di:
- Installare i prodotti Videojet presso le sedi dei clienti e formare i clienti.
- Fornire assistenza continuativa sui nostri prodotti ai clienti Videojet presso le loro sedi e supportare una base clienti a contratto in costante crescita.
- Sviluppare continuamente eccellenti relazioni con i clienti.
- Offrire ai clienti il miglior servizio promuovendo e supportando il nostro portafoglio di contratti commerciali.
- Collaborare strettamente con gli Account Manager per offrire ai clienti le soluzioni migliori in base alle loro esigenze (avviare prove, supportare progetti, effettuare sopralluoghi).
- Diagnosticare i problemi del cliente prima di recarsi in sede tramite i nostri sistemi connessi al cloud.
