Our Mission
We believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare and our cloud-native AI powered SOPHiA DDM Platform makes that vision a reality on a daily basis. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Your Mission

- Partner with sales teams to improve follow-through on qualified leads and identify opportunities that are not being progressed.
- Plan targeted outbound campaigns with SDRs, using marketing automation and account-based marketing tools such as 6sense, and tailor messages to specific audiences and events.
- Coordinate field activity and campaign execution across a decentralized NORAM sales organization.
- Focus the team's work on conversion quality and pipeline outcomes rather than activity volume alone.
Requirements
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

- Experience in complex healthcare, life sciences or comparable B2B buying environments; a deep understanding of the buying journey is more important than specific diagnostic workflow expertise.
