We are seeking an organised, energetic and commercially focused Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Guest Experience Host program across Australia.

Reporting to the Director, Guest Experience Host Program, you will help coordinate field marketing operations, develop initiatives that lift guest production and provide practical support to our Guest Experience Host leaders and teams.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across reporting, training, recruitment, marketing collateral and day-to-day operational coordination.

How you’ll shine

In this role, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operation of Field Marketing programs across Travel + Leisure Co.
• Prepare weekly reports, presentations and supporting materials for Guest Experience Host meetings.
• Coordinate promotions and initiatives designed to increase qualified guest production.
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral and performance-driving campaigns.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Guest Experience Hosts.
• Assist Guest Experience Host Managers with recruitment, training and performance management activities.
• Help coordinate guest scheduling to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, programs and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Resort Operations, Procurement, Project Directors and Sales and Marketing leadership teams.
• Support tour generation and other operational activities when required.
• Travel to resort and sales locations as needed.

What you’ll bring

You will be a proactive coordinator who can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

You will also bring:

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, sales operations, hospitality, tourism or a similar operational role.
• Strong administration, reporting and presentation skills.
• Confidence working with data, targets, budgets and performance measures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative and hands-on approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and priorities.
• A willingness to travel to resort and sales locations as required.
• An understanding of regulated sales or marketing environments would be highly regarded.
