What You Will Do:
- Lead and support large-scale Federal consulting engagements ranging from 25 to more than 200 team members.
- Drive operational excellence and organizational transformation initiatives for Federal clients.
- Partner with Federal Civilian Agencies, including key accounts such as USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.
- Deliver complex engagements across areas such as managed services and outsourcing, loan servicing, financial management and accounting, and enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) operations.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal, state, or local transportation consulting/research.
- Proven experience leading and contributing to large-scale Federal consulting engagements involving teams of 25 to 200+ professionals.
- Strong expertise in operations management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ability to travel.
- This hybrid position role may require up to 3-5 days on-site at the Client's office.
- This hybrid position is open to candidates who currently reside or will reside within 50 miles of Washington DC.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience supporting managed services and outsourcing engagements.
- Knowledge of loan servicing operations and related business processes.
- Background in financial management, accounting, and related consulting initiatives.
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) functions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
