JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Join as a Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager and take real ownership of how our corporate client’s workplace runs, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. This is an autonomous role in which you will shape and, where needed, build facility management processes, governance, and ways of working from the ground up. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across facility operations, vendor management, workplace strategy, and health & safety. As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will make sure the workplace supports business performance and employee experience. If you enjoy complex, multinational environments and want to leave a visible mark, this role offers both freedom and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end facility operations, keeping offices, shared spaces, and amenities safe, efficient, and consistently well maintained.
  • Design, introduce, and refine facility management processes, standards, and governance where they don’t yet exist, and bring structure to existing ones.
  • Develop and execute facility and workplace strategies aligned with Work Dynamics and client objectives.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and operational costs with financial discipline, transparency, and clear reporting.
  • Own vendor and service provider relationships, from sourcing and negotiation to performance management and SLA compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on space planning, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace change projects.
  • Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness.
  • Champion sustainability and energy management, embedding best practices and supporting green building standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in corporate facility management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • An independent, entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to set direction, make decisions, and work with limited predefined structure.
  • Proven ability to build and implement processes, and to turn ambiguity into clear, scalable ways of working.
  • Ability to lead vendors, influence stakeholders, and manage service delivery at a senior level.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial acumen, with confidence in budgeting, cost control, and systems such as SAP, JDE, and CAFM tools.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate workplace and space data into practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Clear, confident communication in Polish and English, with the ability to engage across cultures, plus strong project and change management skills.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Competitive Rewards & Benefits: Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program.
  • Autonomy & Impact: The opportunity to shape processes and ways of working from the start, with real ownership and visibility.
  • Career Development & Growth: Robust development opportunities, with 80% employee participation in structured programs, plus AI upskilling and professional training.
  • Stability & Recognition: A 78% employee recommendation rate, and recognition for 18 consecutive years as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies.
  • Inclusive & Supportive Culture: A strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, through multiple employee resource groups and initiatives.
  • Global Perspective: 60 nationalities and 40 languages represented, offering rich cultural exchange and collaboration.
