What You’ll Do
Integrated Project Leadership: Manage project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and engineering design to final construction and commissioning.
Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy
Reports to: Senior Professional, General Affairs Operation
What You Bring
Technical & Design Oversight:
- Review and approve technical drawings (AutoCAD), specifications, and bid documents.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) issues in the field.
- Identify areas of energy/cost savings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and project cost estimates.
- Write, review and submit project RFPs
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, site operations, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications, although flexible for the right candidate
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, is preferred. Exception for equivalent experience in a facility engineering role.
Experience: 5+ years in facility operations or technical project management
Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is often preferred for technical authority, (although not mandatory) combined with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for management rigor.

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
