What this job involves

• ·Operation and maintenance at location office& factory facilities

• ·Facilities systems include clean rooms, air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, process cooling water, exhaust air, high-pressure air, nitrogen, fire protection, etc.

• ·Patrol of factory facilities; daily maintenance work and abnormal handling; fault improvement and troubleshooting

• ·Supervision and management of factory environment cleaning and disinfection work

• ·Ensure snacks/drinks/coffee and daily supply in the pantry

• ·Execute industrial safety and health management

• ·Facilities repairs and general affairs work

• ·Management Facilities operation procedure and records Include making briefing data analysis

• ·Monitoring and simple troubleshooting of SCADA systems

• ·Preventive improvement countermeasure capabilities for factory facility maintenance

• ·Assist in plant engineering improvement and construction project support

• · Integrated management of factory supply/construction supplier search and quotation

• ·Progress control and interface coordination of factory repair or equipment replacement projects

• ·Work items assigned by the factory manager

• ·General affairs work such as reception

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Office computer document software processing ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly working attitude, responsibility, Positivity, and patience.
• Babic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Have enthusiasm and interest in this job.
• Junior college or above graduated from science and Engineering related majors

Preferred

• Have working experience in Facilities department
• Junior college or university graduates without work experience is allowed
