Position Summary

The Facility Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Regional Facility Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operation of assigned facilities. This role serves as a critical liaison between building occupants, vendors, contractors, and the facilities management team, coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and supporting compliance initiatives. The Facility Coordinator helps maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities that support organizational objectives and enhance the occupant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Coordination

•

Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests, inquiries, and issues from building occupants, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution.

•

Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections with internal teams and external vendors to minimize disruption and maintain facility operations.

•

Monitor and manage work order systems, tracking requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to service level agreements.
