The Role and Responsibilities:

A new exciting role has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join us here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a full time role offering 37.5 hours a week and will report to our Facilities Lead. The role will involve the following;

• Responsible for administration tasks for our Aberdeen facility, which includes a 16 acre site
• Responsible for obtaining quotes
• Responsible for raising Purchase Quotes/Purchase Orders for facilities
• Responsible for maintaining the facilities maintenance schedule highlighting any upcoming maintenance requirements
• Responsible for ensuring subcontractor training & insurance certificates are up to date
• Maintain Facilities Maintenance Helpdesk, assigning and closing tickets highlight due dates
• Support reception with administration requirements and holiday cover
  

The Requirements

To be successful in the role you with have previous experience in an administration role and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages. You will be able to work to your own initiative and organise your own workload in a timely manner.
