Your Role: FAB Associate-Marketing

As FAB Associate-Marketing, you will support marketing activities for the Farm Animal Business across Spain and Portugal. You will contribute to promotional material management, digital marketing execution, campaign tracking, market analysis and brand planning, working closely with brand managers, the digital team, agencies and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow of promotional materials in PromoMats and provide backup support for marketing campaign tracking.
• Create, develop and execute digital customer touchpoints, including banners, email campaigns, webinars and online events, using Marketo and external agencies.
• Coordinate with media partners and advertising agencies to implement and monitor communication plans and marketing campaigns.
• Support brand managers with campaign and event execution, congresses, expense monitoring, digital strategy development and new product launches.
• Extract market data, prepare charts and analyses, contribute to brand plans and cycle meetings, support competitor price analysis, and identify customer marketing opportunities within legal and compliance requirements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, with Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy preferred.
• Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and fluent Spanish.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Master’s degree in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary products and a genuine interest in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute positively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and respectful collaboration with colleagues and external partners.

Additional Information:

Travel: 30-40% mostly in Spain, occasional international travel.
Location: Madrid, Spain.
