Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role: 

The F&B Captain is responsible for serving guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

 

What you will do: 

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and aim at satisfying and exceeding guests expectations.
• Assign duties to reporting subordinates and constantly inspect all areas to ensure all guest service areas as well as supporting areas are cleaned and completed.
• Handle guests in the event of complaint in accordance to establish procedures and report to supervisor on duty without delay for handling.
• Supervise, manage and maintain both front and back of the house area to ensure that it is up to standard.
• Supervise and ensure all opening and/or closing side duties are handled according to established procedures and standards.

 

What you bring:  

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Cantonese, Mandarin and English language.

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
