Duties, Goals, and Responsibilities:

• Audit driver logs to identify, document, and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations.
• Review the intent and appropriate use of Personal Conveyance.
• Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies.
• Coach and educate drivers on HOS requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices to promote continued compliance.
• Maintain an organized and professional work environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Work an extended coverage schedule of four days on and three days off, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and apply FMCSA regulations and interpretations.
