About the Role

The programme may include rotations across different areas within the Expanded Access Program (EAP) department, providing broad exposure to programme delivery, operations, client engagement, regulatory processes, and compliance activities.

Form part of the Program Management team to ensure the effective day‑to‑day delivery of Expanded Access Programs. Acting as a key day‑to‑day contact for clients, the role works closely with internal teams to help keep program activities and metrics on track. This graduate position provides hands‑on exposure to the fundamentals of Expanded Access Programs.

What You Will Learn & Deliver

· Build a strong foundation in Expanded Access Program delivery, including key systems, tools and cross‑functional processes across quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance and legal.

· Support the day‑to‑day management of client programs by maintaining project plans, coordinating client onboarding, organising and contributing to weekly client calls, and responding to routine client queries with appropriate internal escalation.

· Deliver accurate and timely outputs, including client reports, inventory tracking, budget forecasting and invoicing support.

· Contribute to team projects and process improvements.

· Objectives will be set during onboarding and refined as program and business priorities evolve.

Required Skills & Knowledge

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.

· Quantitative and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage straightforward client interactions independently.

Education & Qualifications

A relevant degree OR equivalent practical experience (placements, internships, project work). For regulated roles, specify accredited programmes as required.

· Educated to degree level ideally in a life sciences discipline

· Competent with Microsoft Office and able to easily navigate Power point, Excel and Word

How we’d like to work together

As we are a global team, there is flexibility to be based in one of Uniphar’s offices or work from home.  There may be a need for face to face meetings in other locations, as needed.  There may also some flexibility required in order to interact with colleagues or clients in their time zones (i.e. it’s not a ‘9 to 5’ type of job).  In return, you will be joining an environment that understands how inter-twined work and life have become - and both the benefits and challenges that brings - and therefore offers a flexible, progressive way of supporting it through our Hybrid Working philosophy.
