Executivo de Contas PL - C&C / KA (São Paulo)

O objetivo desta posição é atuar como Executivo de Contas no Canal Alimentar Direto, com foco no segmento Cash & Carry, sendo responsável pelo desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais, gestão de clientes estratégicos e aceleração do crescimento das categorias e marcas Haleon.

Buscamos um profissional com forte visão de negócio, perfil analítico e capacidade de transformar oportunidades em execução, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável do negócio e fortalecimento das parcerias comerciais.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Gerenciar clientes estratégicos do segmento Cash & Carry, garantindo o desenvolvimento das categorias e o atingimento dos objetivos comerciais da Haleon;
• Construir e executar planos de negócio, ações promocionais e calendário comercial em parceria com os clientes;
• Analisar indicadores de performance, tendências de mercado e oportunidades de crescimento, utilizando dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
• Acompanhar estoque, ruptura, abastecimento e execução PDV loja a loja, transformando oportunidades identificadas no campo em planos de ação;
• Gerenciar e controlar os investimentos comerciais, acompanhando resultados e garantindo o melhor retorno das ações;
• Trabalhar de forma colaborativa e em parceria com Trade Marketing, Execução, Shopper, Customer Service e demais áreas parceiras, para transformar estratégias em resultados no ponto de venda;
• Garantir o cumprimento das políticas, processos e código de conduta da Haleon.

Por que VOCÊ?

Suas qualificações:

• Ensino Superior completo;
• Experiência sólida como Executivo de Contas no Canal Alimentar, com forte atuação e conhecimento do segmento Cash & Carry e seus principais clientes;
• Perfil analítico e experiência com ferramentas de mercado, como Nielsen, Scanntech, Power BI, Data Shopper, Data Drive ou similares;
• Vivência em gestão de grandes contas, negociação comercial e desenvolvimento de estratégias para crescimento de categorias e marcas.
