About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
You could be a an Executive Assistant anywhere, why us?
- Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years, targeting a $6T market)
- Work directly with Sushanth Raman, Founder & CEO (LinkedIn), a Columbia CS grad who was an early engineer at Retool and a PM at Google and Microsoft before founding Pallet
- Help transform a massive industry and scale us toward a $10B+ business
About the opportunity:
Pallet's CEO runs 8–12 meetings a day, manages several direct reports, and is constantly moving between customers, investors, and the team. We're looking for an Executive Assistant who gives him real leverage: someone who owns his calendar, inbox, and follow-through so nothing that matters ever falls through the cracks. You'll sit close to the center of the company, see how every major initiative gets built, and be trusted with real judgment calls, not just logistics.
How you will make an impact:
- Own Sushanth's calendar end-to-end: strategic weekly planning, not just reactive scheduling
- Manage and triage his inbox, drafting responses and closing loops on his behalf
- Book and manage complex domestic and international travel, including live re-routing when plans change
- Chase customer, candidate, and investor threads to a confirmed close. Nothing sits unanswered
- Prepare meeting materials and pre-reads for external meetings and board sessions
- Take on discrete strategic projects directly for the CEO as they come up
Preferred experience:
- 8+ years of experience
- Prior experience supporting a founder, CEO, or other executive with a high daily meeting volume
- A track record of closing open loops without being asked twice. You treat scheduling as an owned outcome, not administrative throughput
- Sharp attention to detail with calendars, time zones, and travel logistics, especially under volume
- Comfortable making judgment calls about competing priorities and protecting an executive's time
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-leg travel, including handling changes and cancellations in real time
- Able to work in person in Pallet's San Francisco office five days a week
Interview Process:
- Chat with Sophia, Recruiting, 30 mins (includes a short live scheduling exercise)
- Chat with Austin, previous Chief of Staff, 30 mins
- Case study: take-home exercise, roughly 2 hours of effort, reviewed with Grace, Head of Talent
- Final Interview with Sushanth (CEO) and team, in person, ~2 hours
- Reference checks
We move fast, and we’ll keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
Location: San Francisco, CA. This is an in-office role, with some flexibility given our CEO’s frequent travel schedule.
