Iron Mountain is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to join our Regional VP of Sales team.
As an integral partner to our regional leadership, you will keep our commercial engines running smoothly across multiple time zones and cultures. You’ll have the opportunity to manage high-impact schedules, streamline complex regional travel, and coordinate crucial executive forums across APAC. In this role, your seamless operational support will directly empower our sales leaders to drive growth and build lasting customer partnerships.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Executive Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate seamless end-to-end travel, complex schedules, and priorities across multiple international time zones.
- Regional Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize regional sales meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), customer engagements, and major business events.
- Stakeholder & Action Item Tracking: Align cross-functional teams across APAC, tracking critical deliverables, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
- Executive Communication & Materials: Prepare high-quality presentations, executive reports, and confidential correspondence with complete discretion.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives within a regional sales or multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern digital productivity tools.
- Adept time-zone management skills with proven agility in coordinating across international stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with multilingual capability (English and a relevant Asian language) considered a strong advantage.
