Executive Assistant to an Executive General Manager SpeakUp and Investigations

Legal and Group Secretariat provides advice, insights and trusted partnerships to help the Group deliver its purpose and strategy.
Do Work That Matters
You will be a trusted partner to the Executive General Manager, of the new consolidated SpeakUp and Investigations team, while also supporting the General Manager Investigations and Advisory and the General Manager Investigations and Governance. You will provide strategic and operational support to progress key priorities, coordinate stakeholder engagement and enable the smooth day-to-day running of the teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex calendars, meeting schedules and executive priorities.
- Preparing briefing materials, coordinating leadership meetings and tracking actions to completion.
- Supporting the planning and execution of team events, offsites and leadership forums.
- Coordinating travel, budgeting and administrative activities.
- Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders and acting as a key liaison across the broader business.
- Working closely with the EA network to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.
- Supporting onboarding activities and creating an organised, high-performing team environment.
- Driving follow-up on key actions and helping ensure business priorities are delivered.

- Significant experience supporting senior executives in a large and complex organisation.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, preparing executive materials and driving follow-up actions.
