Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Hospital Senior Vice President, who oversees a three-hospital market. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Hospital Senior Vice President, managing daily schedules, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating high-level meetings.
- Communicate on behalf of the President, fostering strong relationships with physicians and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and event logistics with precision and efficiency.
- Act as a resource for special projects, providing research, reporting, and administrative support as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to learn about hospital operations.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing professional correspondence and reports.

Pay range: $24.60-$36.90
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
