As Cloudflight continues to grow, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team in Vienna.

What You'll Work on: 

• Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling incoming communications and following up on action items 

• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating events, including agendas, materials, and logistics 

• Organizing domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense records 

• Preparing and proofreading correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, while handling sensitive business and personnel information with discretion 

• Supporting management projects by tracking progress, helping meet deadlines, identifying workflow improvements, and ensuring important details don’t fall through the cracks 

• Providing organizational and administrative support to the management team, collaborating with teams such as Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, and Sales, and supporting day-to-day office management in Vienna, including fleet management and other duties as needed
  

What We're Looking For:

• Several years of hands-on experience in an assistant or administrative role, ideally in the IT sector 

• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint 

• A hands-on, adaptable approach, with the ability to support senior leaders and manage varied tasks accurately and discreetly 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects 

• Confidence working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and navigating ambiguity 

• Professional, confident communication with senior leaders, shareholders, and advisory board members, adapting to different audiences and handling sensitive matters with discretion 

• Very good spoken and written German and English skills

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 44.170,00 euros (gross)/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
