Sobre este puesto de Executive Assistant en Remote Raven
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced executive overseeing a growing team of 85 employees. This role requires sharp judgment, extreme reliability, and the ability to operate at speed with minimal instruction.
You will work directly with the Partner as a true right hand. Instructions will often arrive incomplete or in shorthand, and the output still needs to be right. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with senior leaders who move quickly, communicate briefly, and expect precision.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Adaptive execution. You don't need perfect instructions. You fill in gaps, make decisions, and course-correct on the fly.
- Relational intelligence. You build trust easily, read between the lines, and manage relationships with warmth and professionalism.
- Comfortable with speed. You thrive in fast-paced environments. Urgency energizes you rather than overwhelms you.
- Low ego, high ownership. You are not territorial. You care about outcomes, not credit.
- Judgment under ambiguity. You can prioritize when everything feels urgent and make sound calls without full context.
Ideal Profile
- High Sociability. Naturally connects with people and manages relationships effortlessly.
- Moderate to High Consistency. Brings structure without rigidity and can pivot when priorities shift.
- Moderate to High Precision. Catches details that matter without getting stuck in perfectionism.
- Moderate to High Intensity. Matches the Partner's pace and is comfortable moving quickly.
- Moderate to High Emotional Resonance. Reads emotional dynamics and provides a stabilizing presence during high-pressure moments.
