What you'll do 

As the right hand to our global Technology Leads, you’ll provide seamless, high-level support that helps them stay focused on their strategic priorities. You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing demands and adapt as priorities shift.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the judgement to recognise where their support will be most valuable and how to provide it in a fast-moving environment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes for the Tech COO and Head of Platform Engineering.
• Plan and coordinate international travel, meetings, and itineraries, always with precision and foresight.
• Handle expense processing and administrative support for your senior executives.
• Oversee meeting logistics from travel to event coordination and hospitality.
• Act as an ambassador for the technology team leads, particularly during times of absence from the
• Administer and oversee tasks of direct reports, ensuring they are executed to a high standard. 
• Liaise with internal and external overseas counterparts, particularly those based in the US and Asia. 
• Collaborate on preparing, proofreading and finalising meeting materials: agendas, board packs, minutes, and decision logs.
• Ensure information flow, timelines, and deliverables are always on point.

Who you are

You’re an experienced and confident Executive Assistant, used to working in a C-suite or Board-level environment. You balance professionalism with warmth, and precision with initiative.

• 2–4 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Proven success working in complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement to reduce manual work and improve precision.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Confluence or similar documentation management tools.
• Experience with expense-reporting and travel-booking systems is a plus.
• Excellent organisational awareness, with strong prioritisation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A service-oriented, results-driven approach, always striving for excellence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
