NeoWork is hiring Executive Assistants to provide high-level support to founders and executives at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will keep your executive's day running smoothly, so they can focus on growing the business.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly within our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones
• Own inbox management, drafting and prioritizing correspondence on the executive's behalf
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
• Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups across projects and teams
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal direction
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
• Based in Jamaica, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Nice to Have
• Experience supporting C-level executives or founders
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Notion
