Job Description

As an Executive Assistant supporting our Senior Director of Strategy & Growth, you will serve in a dual-impact role combining executive administrative excellence with strategic operational alignment. In addition to orchestrating daily administrative logistics, you will serve as assisting in driving content creation, aligning regional strategy, and enabling seamless decision-
making. You will act as a key connector across teams, streamlining executive reporting and helping to ensure seamless alignment across regional initiatives. Candidates with a Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience who excel in dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments will thrive in this role.

Basic Requirements

● Bachelor and degree
● 5+ years of experience in executive administrative support, operational coordination, or strategic business support

Technical Expertise
● Calendar and Travel Management to organize multi-time-zone scheduling and complex
international travel itineraries
● Executive Presentation Tools to assist in building decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides
● Data Integrity & Reporting to manage reporting accessibility and analysis
● English Language Command to demonstrate excellent written and spoken
communication skills across executive stakeholders

Professional Experience
● Collaboration Capabilities with senior leaders on content creation and strategic
alignment
● Cross-Functional Collaboration to connect sales and strategy stakeholders across multi-market environments
● Executive Gatekeeping to streamline administrative oversight while maintaining
operational priorities
