We are looking for a hands-on Execution Research Group Lead to take full ownership of our Execution strategy across two major equity markets.

In this role, you will be driving the research agenda, decoding complex market microstructure, and optimizing how our systems trade under extreme uncertainty.

You will lead a targeted team of Researchers and work closely with dedicated Engineers and Research Analysts. If you thrive on rapid iteration, ultra-fast feedback loops, this role offers unmatched leverage and impact.

What you will do:

• Drive Execution Strategy: Set the vision and research roadmap for execution algorithms across two of the world's most dynamic and competitive equity markets.
• Solve Complex Quantitative Problems: Apply strong quantitative methods to massive, high-frequency time-series data. You will model stochastic environments, optimize decision-making under latency constraints, and study market dynamics.
• Fast Iteration & Hypothesis Testing: Rapidly test and deploy execution models in production with tight feedback loops.
• Lead & Build the Team: Direct, mentor, and scale up a world class team of Researchers while closely collaborating with Engineers and Research Analytics to turn strategy ideas into robust production systems.

Who we are looking for

• Strong Quantitative & Modeling Background: Deep expertise in Statistics, Stochastic Calculus, Machine Learning and etc.
• Market Mechanics Interest: Strong curiosity about how complex financial markets operate. Prior trading or execution experience is a plus, but candidates from other research domains are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Research Generalist Mindset: You can rapidly dive deep into unfamiliar domains, isolate key bottlenecks, and reason from first principles.
• High Iteration Speed: You prefer fast, data-driven feedback loops and real-world deployment.
• Technical Leadership: Proven experience mentoring researchers, setting research directions, and taking ownership of delivery.
