Educate: Learn how Evergreen's forever-hold model works in practice, from capital allocation to how we place and support leaders inside our companies. Hear from Evergreen's senior women leaders in a fireside chat on career progression and leadership.
Engage: Connect with women leaders across Evergreen and our portfolio companies, as well as fellow attendees from leading MBA and undergraduate programs, through operator roundtables, interactive workshops, and a closing reception.
Empower: Sharpen your business judgment through guided workshops, define your post-MBA goals, and explore paths at Evergreen, including our eXp program, which places MBA graduates directly into C-suite roles at our portfolio companies.
Whether you’re a first- or second-year MBA interested in entrepreneurship, this summit is a unique opportunity to learn from women who’ve walked your path. Qualifications
- Current MBA Student (first-year students are strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership
- All individuals who meet the criteria above are welcome to apply, but the programming will be tailored to the female experience
Details
- This one-day summit will take place Friday, January 22, 2027 at Evergreen's San Francisco office. You must be available to attend the full day in person
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and a social reception will close out the day
- Selected attendees will be notified by early December
