Bisnow's Florida team is looking for a detail oriented intern to support the marketing and logistics cycle for our HOA event series. This is a hands on role covering email outreach, registration management, and day of event coordination. You'll work closely with the Head of Florida and get direct exposure to how a media and events company runs a sponsorship and attendee pipeline from start to finish.
This role is project based, tied to the marketing cycle of two HOA events in 2027. Expect roughly 10 to 12 weeks of support per event, at about 5 hours per week (an average of 1 hour per day).
What You'll Do
- Email Outreach: Send scheduled email blasts through Salesloft using templates developed with your manager (typically a 4 step sequence). Manage a master send doc and track engagement.
- Comp Application Review: Review complimentary ticket applications submitted through a Google Form. Apply clear qualification guidelines to approve or flag applications, with ongoing check ins with your manager.
- Comp Entry: Enter approved comps into the backend registration system. Full training provided.
- Attendee Communication: Add approved comps to a Google Calendar invite with reminder notifications leading up to the event. Send a personalized approval email to each attendee outlining event details (manager cc'd on all correspondence). Send a final reminder email to all comps via BCC the day before the event.
Requirements
- Based in the US
- Strong written communication skills; comfortable representing Bisnow in attendee facing emails
- Highly organized with good attention to detail (this role involves managing lists, deadlines, and recurring tasks)
- Comfortable learning new software tools (Salesloft, Google Forms, internal registration backend, Google Calendar)
- Reliable and responsive during the active event marketing window
