Responsibilities

• Help organize company events, team buildings, meetings, and social activities
• Support event planning from idea to execution: venues, schedules, equipment, and logistics
• Track event expenses and help keep budgets up to date
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and external partners
• Collect feedback after events and help prepare simple reports
• Coordinate with local teams and colleagues in different locations
• Keep event documents, templates, and checklists organized
• Research new event ideas, venues, and formats

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in events, office management, HR, hospitality, or a similar field
• Basic experience organizing corporate or team events
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at the same time
• Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and documents
• English Upper-Intermediate+

Will be a plus

• Experience in technology or fintech environments
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event production
• Understanding of international events and cross-cultural considerations
• Background in experiential marketing or brand activation
