Job Description & Summary

The People Experience Associate supports the activation and sustainability of a strong organizational culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, delivering impactful people experiences, and capturing employee insights through surveys and feedback mechanisms. The role combines creativity with hands‑on execution and data‑driven insights to enhance the overall employee journey and reinforce the firm’s culture and values.

• Proactively monitor and manage all performance management activities (Goal Setting, Year-End Reviews, and Feedback cycles) to ensure timely completion and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain and update Talent Management forms, templates, and manage bulk uploads if any. 
• Track progress and align with HCBPs to ensure all assigned programs and initiatives are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and teams across different territories to support the delivery of Talent Management programs and related transactional activities.
• Analyze performance management data and generate insights to support continuous improvement and inform talent discussions.

• Support talent assessment processes, including identifying talent needs, contributing to succession planning, and enabling effective performance management practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Management and development programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the design and delivery of employee development programs using a variety of learning methods and tools.
• Contribute to identifying trends and insights from talent data to support decision-making and enhance overall Talent Management practices.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent and/or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of Talent and Performance Management frameworks and practices.
• Good understanding of Learning & Development processes and how they integrate with Talent Management initiatives.
• Excellent process management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
