As a EDIM Integration Senior Associate, you will be a key member of our Data and Digital Services (DDS) Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) team and will be responsible of performing billable client work, including but not limited to development and maintenance or support, and solution design, providing estimates, execution of tasks, documentation, and standards compliance. This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our technical team with other developers, you will be responsible of all phases of the development lifecycle using a defined project methodology, and will report directly to a Technical Supervisor. This position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key Application Development US team contacts.
In this role, as a Senior Developer, you may have the opportunity to be a Project Lead, coordinating resources and assignments within your assigned projects, driving delivery of your assigned projects and team and provide updates to the project stakeholders. You will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables and provide guidance and assistance to other developers.
Responsibilities
Design and develop integrations between package software solutions
Ability to work closely with clients and functional consultants to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical development
Create estimates for assigned developments
Create technical design documents
Perform solution development
Debugging issues and providing solutions
Perform developer testing and quality assurance (QA)
Perform peer code reviews ensuring best practices are being met
Provide support of your deliverables
Perform deployment to environments and configuration
Assist and guide other developers
Serve as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technical aspects
Contribute to shared knowledge repositories for code best practices, tips and tricks
Assist with data architecture, data conversion and system performance improvement
Report daily progress on development and issue resolution
Follow the software development lifecycle process, including timely updates to our internal systems
Maintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upon deadlines
When assigned as a Project Lead, coordinate resources and assignments within your assigned projects

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
5+ years of full-time practical work experience in related fields
3+ years practical and technical experience in integrations development
Knowledge of Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or other integration platforms
ERP or CRM experience
Ability to apply system design and development methodologies
Ability to interface with clients to understand their current business and accounting processes
Knowledge of technical and business writing
Good oral and communication skills
A team player with a sense for initiative
Ability to learn new business processes or applications quickly
Goal-oriented with an eye for quality
Demonstrates leadership skills
Fluent in Spanish and English (Excellent English writing and speaking skills)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or other integration platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Intacct
