Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include collaborating across various domains such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with business objectives.
- Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of technical writing standards and best practices within the automotive industry.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering data and translate it into clear, concise documentation.
- Experience with managing technical content related to structural and stress design, qualification, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with tools and software used for creating and maintaining technical publications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in technical documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
